What does my personal account manger do?
We want to provide not only the best service but also a stress free experience. Rather than relying on nameless, faceless, customer service and support tickets your friendly and knowledgeable account manager can take care of all of your website needs. Simply email or schedule a call with your account manager with any requests or questions and they’ll promptly respond.
How long does it take to publish my website?
Typically it takes 3-4 weeks to personalize and launch your site. In some instances it can take shorter or longer depending on your responsiveness and the level of customization and features your Aspire site has.
I already have a domain (URL), can I still use it?
Of course! During the setup process your account manage will provide instructions on how to transfer or point your domain to our servers.
What is Managed Search Engine Optimization
When your site is first created our search engine optimization (SEO) specialists go through a 15 point checklist to ensure your on-page and technical SEO are good to go. Whenever your content is changed our team then reviews those changes and updates any keywords or alt tags to keep your site optimized. Additionally, depending on your needs our specialists will focus on localization so that prospective clients in your area can find you easier.
Will my website work on my phone?
All of our sites are mobile friendly using responsive design. This means that your website will look great on desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones!
What does "Free Support, Updates and Changes" include?
Most, but not all, requested changes to your site should be covered. For example the most common requested changes include replacing or adding text and updating images, both of which are completely free. We even try to accomodate minor layout changes however your account manager will provide you with those details when requested. While we don’t have a set limit on requested changes, we understand a very small number customers may request abnormally frequent changes. In those very rare case we may delay changes or pause the account so that we can provide our exceptional level of service to all of our customers.
Your Aspire website is fully managed for you meaning that we monitor and maintain your website. Additionally, if your website were to stop functioning in any way we’ll take care of it at no charge.
Can I make changes to my site?
Yes! We can provide you a login to edit your own site if you choose to do so. All of our sites are built using WordPress which is the most popular CMS and we offer instructions on how to change the text and images of your site. If your plan includes built-in scheduling you’ll need to manage your appointments inside WordPress as well.
Please note that any issues that may arise from changes you make to your site may not be covered under the free support your plan provides.
Can I have a blog on my website?
Yes. In fact we build your site using WordPress which is the most popular blogging platform in the world.
Can my site have languages besides English?
Yes! Our Premium Plus plans offer automated multilingual support using Google’s Translation Service.
Are a domain name and email included?
We’ve found that most clients already have a domain when they come to us so we don’t include it in our plans. However, if you’d like us to purchase a domain and email(s) for you there is a one-time charge of $59 and renewals are free as long as you continue to use our services. You can also transfer the domain at any time free of charge.
Can I buy a website without a monthly fee?
Yes, we offer 2 options. The first is a completely custom website that is designed and built just for you. Pricing starts at $3,849. The second option is to purchase one of our personalized template designed websites with pricing starting at $749. In both cases any future updates and maintenance, along with hosting, will need to be done by you or your website manager.
Can I cancel my plan?
Of course! We want what’s best for your business even if that means we’re not the right fit for it anymore. Any monthly plan cancelled will be prorated to the last day of service. If you’ve already paid for an annual plan we will provide a prorated refund minus a $200 fee. Please note that any refunds do not include the initial setup fee. In order to cancel simply let your account manager know and they’ll handle it for you.
